[Men's Tennis] Chevez Returns to ITA National Rankings

The ITA College Tennis rankings were announced on Wednesday following the fall tennis season. Doane's Jorge Chevez (SR/Panama City, Panama), after winning the GPAC singles championship and taking second at the regional championship, was ranked No. 30 nationally.

Chevez became Doane's first national ranked player in November 2019 and held a national ranking in five polls, the last in March 2021. He was rewarded for his strong play this fall and moved back into the Top 50.

Chevez and Doane will start their spring tennis season in February.
