[Softball] Nine Vikings Collect All-Conference Honors; Moffet Named Newcomer of the Year

Kansas City, MO – The Heart of America Athletic Conference has released its 2022 Softball All-Conference teams and specialty award winners. Nine Vikings garnered All-Conference honors with Kaitlyn Moses (JR/Clive, IA), Alyx Witt (SR/Norwalk, IA), and Rachel Anderson (SO/Eldridge, IA) were named to the Gold Glove team for their defensive efforts. Peyton Moffet (JR/Des Moines, IA) was the lone Viking to bring home a specialty award as she was named the Heart Newcomer of the Year.
