CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – In a battle of ranked foes, #15 Saint Xavier women's basketball (6-1, 4-0 CCAC) fell to #6 Carroll College (8-2, 0-0 CCC) by a final of 71-61 on Friday. Playing on a neutral court in the Julie Costello Memorial Classic from Crestview Hills, Ky, the Cougars trailed 61-59 with 2:23 remaining. It was the Saints ending the night on a 10-2 run to breakaway for the win.
