PITTSBURGH, Pa. - What started out well didn't end as much.
Point Park University spotted the University of Rio Grande an early match lead before roaring back to post a 3-1 victory (23-25, 25-22, 25-17, 26-24) over the RedStorm, Saturday afternoon, in River States Conference women's volleyball action at Student Center Gym.
The host Pioneers improved to 16-9 overall and 11-5 in conference play with the win.
Rio Grande slipped to 10-14 overall and 8-8 in the RSC as a result of the loss.
