[Men's Cross Country] Strong Showing Lands USF's Paramo His Third ROW Award

CHICAGO --- University of St. Francis' Omar Paramo (Plainfield, Ill.) is back on the awards stands after his strong showing at the Aquinas College (Mich.) Great Lakes Challenge this past Saturday.  On Wednesday morning, Paramo earned his third Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week honor of the season, it was announced by the league office.
