[Men's Tennis] Men's Tennis finishes the first day of ITA Southeast Regional
RICHMOND, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson men's tennis team had a successful first day at the ITA Southeast Regional on Thursday. The Blue Raiders have two doubles pairing alive in the quarterfinals and four singles players competing in the round of 32 tomorrow.
No. 6-seeded Tiago Almedia and Aleksa Ciric opened doubles play at the ITA Southeast Regional with an 8-6 win over Nathan Smiley and Derian Janeke of Milligan (Tenn.). The pair then downed Hernan Toledo and Nicolas Verdu of Campbellsville (Ky.) 8-2.
