MINOT, N.D — Midland University's women's hockey team made a trip to North Dakota to face Minot State University this weekend. The Warriors fought until the final buzzer but ultimately fell 3-2 to the Beavers on Friday night. Saturday's game was canceled due to illness to the Midland players and staff.
The Beavers took an early lead as they found the back of the net six minutes into the opening period.
