[Women's Basketball] Darnell a rebound shy of double-double
Georgetown College women's basketball started slow against an undefeated Thomas More University team. The Tigers found life in the third quarter and kept pushing in the fourth, but the deficit was too much in a 71-49 Saints win Saturday.
Madison Darnell was a rebound shy of a double-double, 12 points and nine boards. Lauren Boblitt came off the bench for 10 points and five rebounds to spark GC in the second quarter. Grace White find her rhythm in the second half and also chipped in 10 points.
