[University of Jamestown] Attendance Restrictions Lifted for Harold Newman Arena

As of today, the University of Jamestown Athletic Department is lifting restrictions on who can attend home games at Harold Newman Arena, while still enforcing its capacity restriction, currently at 600 people.
