[Cross Country] Cross Country Teams Take Titles At Mid-States Classic
WINFIELD, Kan. – On a cloudy day on the campus of Southwestern College Saturday morning, the cold temperatures did not stop both University of Saint Mary cross country teams from overcoming obstacles, to take first place in their respective races at the NAIA Mid-States Classic. The women's team recorded a low of 22 points, while the men totaled 17.
13 total Spires between both sides finished in the top 10. Luke Skinner would come in first place in the 8K race, while Maddy Walter-Sherretts was crowned her first individual title in the 5K.
