[Cross Country] Avila Welcomes Derek Woody as Head Cross Country Coach

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Avila University department of athletics introduced Derek Woody as the head coach of its cross country program today, October 2. A longtime coach with years of experience in strength and conditioning, Woody will also serve as the graduate assistant in Avila's strength department under head coach Brian Ciolek.
