Louisiana Tech had a pair of Bulldogs recognized by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association as freshman linebacker Tyler Grubbs was named the LSWA Defensive Player of the Week and redshirt freshman kicker/punter Jacob Barnes earned LSWA Special Teams Player of the Week.
