The Oakland A’s top rookies, left-handers A.J. Puk and Jesús Luzardo, are working out at their respective homes while awaiting baseball’s return. Puk, shut down with a shoulder injury this spring, is back throwing off a mound and he expects to be able to start for the Athletics if and when the season gets under way.
