[Women's Basketball] SSU WBB program continues to build on high standards under Nickel

When a program has the success and prestige at the level of the Shawnee State women's basketball program, it can be difficult for a coach to maintain the level or upward trajectory of a program of SSU's stature.

So difficult, in fact, that the pressure of keeping sustained success at an optimal or an acceptable level can cripple coaches.
