[Softball] Eagles Nearly Upset No. 2 USAO In Final-Day Split

WICHITA, Kan. -- Brooke Day collected four hits in eight at-bats, highlighted by a 2-for-4 outing against no. 2 USAO, as Avila picked up a split to close out tournament action in Wichita. The Eagles (5-9) downed Hastings College (4-9) by a 9-3 margin and battled back from a 3-1 deficit to push the Drovers (21-2) almost to the brink in a 6-5 loss.
