[Shawnee State] Student Rec Center Open House to be held Jan. 30

Shawnee State University will host an Open House in its newly renovated James A. Rhodes Athletic Center (JARAC) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 30, with an official ceremony at 1:30 p.m. in the Student Recreation Center.
The Recreation Center is a new 4,201-square foot space that offers everything from common weight room equipment (dumbbells, kettle bells, squats and dead lifts), to cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals and stairclimbers), and features a new TRX and motion cage. Some machines, such as the treadmills, come with USB charging ports.
