[Men's Hockey] No. 20 Warriors Drop Pair of Games to No. 10 Rebels

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Midland University's men's hockey team went to out west to Las Vegas, Nevada this past weekend looking to score a few quality wins but lady luck was not on their side as they suffered a pair of losses to University of Nevada-Las Vegas. The Warriors fell to the Rebels 7-2 on Friday and 8-1 on Saturday.
Friday's game saw the Rebels jump out early, taking an early 3-0 lead after the first period. Colton Jones would score on the power play for Midland in the second to make it 3-1 but moment later UNLV would get the goal back with one of their own.
