[Men's Cross Country] Lions Post Season Bests at UC Riverside Invitational

RIVERSIDE, Calif. - The Vanguard Lions had an early Saturday morning to race in the UC Riverside Invitational on the agriculture course, resulting in the women's team setting a season best total time of 94:22 and the men besting last week's effort with a time of 2:14:30.

"I was very proud of our our athletes today; They ran strategically and with heart and great effort," remarked Head Coach Bryan Wilkins. "Both our teams made some significant improvements from a week ago and we were successful in several head-to-head match-ups with GSAC teams today."
