[Sooner Athletics] Mulcahy Promoted to Full-time OPSU Athletic Director

GOODWELL, Okla. – Oklahoma Panhandle State University is proud to announce the promotion of Meghan Mulcahy as the university's full-time Athletic Director. Previously, Mulcahy had served as both the Athletic Director and the head softball coach.
