[Softball] ONU picks up two wins over Trolls to open CCAC play

PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. – The Olivet Nazarene University softball team kicked off Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) action on Friday, March 22 with two wins over Trinity Christian College (Ind.), the first one in dominating fashion after a six day layoff from action. Emily Carstens (SR/Peotone, Ill.) and Katie Marker (FR/Yorkville, Ill. ) picked up the wins in the circle for the Tigers, while Kelly Rinker (JR/St. Charles, Ill. ) led the offense, going 2-for-8 at the plate.
