LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The 18th-ranked Lyon College baseball team trailed, 6-5, heading into the top of the ninth, but the Scots put up eight runs in the final frame and earned a 13-6 win over No. 7 Georgia Gwinnett in the series opener between the two teams on Friday afternoon. Lyon improved to 23-8 with the win, while GGC dropped to 21-8.
