KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Ethan Fox showed his talents in all three phases of the game in Avila's 2-1 win over Hastings College on Tuesday afternoon. The Campbell River, B.C., junior went 2-for-3 from the plate, didn't record an error in eight innings in left and then closed the game out with two massive strikeouts to record his first save for the Eagles.
