[Women's Lacrosse] Skyhawks Women's Lacrosse Bests Brenau in AAC Match, 23-2

WEST POINT, Ga. – Point University women's lacrosse (8-3; 3-1 AAC) led 16-2 at halftime and netted seven second-half goals in a 23-2 Appalachian Athletic Conference victory over Brenau University (0-8; 0-4 AAC), Thursday, March 14, in River Bowl Stadium.  The Skyhawks have won four consecutive matches and six of their last seven.  Point's 23 goals are the second-most goals in a game in program history.  Coached by Shelby Sanderson (2nd season), Point hosts a non-conference match against Converse College (S.C.), Sat., March 16, at 1 p.m. Eastern
