PIKEVILLE, Ky. – Top-seeded Georgetown (Ky.) prevailed 86-79 over fifth-seeded Campbellsville (Ky.) in the semifinals of the MSC Men's Basketball Tournament.
Joe Burton led five different Georgetown (27-4) players in double figures with 23. Dominique Reid added 18 points while Troy Steward chipped in with 15 points. Chris Coffey tallied his second double-double of the tournament with 19 points and 14 rebounds. Eljay Cowherd finished one assist shy of another double-double and scored 11 points with nine assists.
