[Women's Wrestling] No. 2 Pioneers Edge No. 9 Scots in Texas

PLAINVIEW, Tex. – The Lyon College women's wrestling team competed in a road dual against No. 2 Wayland Baptist University this afternoon. This was WBU's senior day match as the Pioneers honored their 11 seniors before the start of this showdown between two Top-10 teams. Lyon College valiantly battled the nation's second-ranked team all afternoon. However, the Scots fell short in this dual, 36-10.

The Scots fall to 4-5 on the season, while Wayland Baptist University improves to 7-1 during the 2018-19 campaign.
