CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — In his first national championship meet, Radovan Kemboi scampered to a 31st place finish with a time of 25:09, which ranks third all-time at Central Methodist. A grizzled veteran competing in her second national championship meet, Lisa Sauter finished one second shy of her best time ever, improving 43 places from last season to finish in 180th place.
