BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Fifth-seeded Cumberland (Tenn.) upset fourth-seeded Cumberlands (Ky.) in three sets today at the Mid-South Conference Volleyball Tournament Quarterfinals at Bowling Green High School.

The Phoenix swept the Patriots by the scores of 25-10, 25-18 and 25-23. Cumberland avenged a pair of losses against Cumberlands during the regular season.
