MADISON, S.D. – Dakota State (S.D.) picked up the final two first place-votes and registered 41 points to finish second in the 2018 North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) men's cross country coaches' preseason poll, announced Monday by the conference office. The poll was voted by the league's head coaches.
