[Women's Basketball] Third-Seeded Lyon Falls in AMC Semifinals

HENDERSON, Tenn. – The No. 3 seed and 17th-ranked Lyon College women's basketball team faced an uphill battle against No. 2 seed and second nationally ranked Freed-Hardeman, in the AMC Tournament semifinals Saturday afternoon. The Scots run in the tournament would come to an end with a 66-47 loss to the Lions, as Freed-Hardeman used a 14-1 run in the second quarter to build its lead and never looked back.
