PIKEVILLE, Ky. – A strong fourth quarter by the No. 10-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's basketball team helped the Blue Raiders move past Cumberlands (Ky.) 74-57 in the quarterfinal round of the Mid-South Conference Tournament on Thursday at the Eastern Kentucky Expo Center.

With a seven-point advantage heading to the fourth, the third-seeded Blue Raiders (25-6) scored the first six points of the quarter to help build a lead that never dipped below double digits for the remainder of the game en route to the 17-point victory over the sixth-seeded Patriots (16-13).
