[Women's Basketball] Defense paves way in 61-44 win over Knox

MOUNT VERNON – Cornell's women's basketball team locked down defensively in the fourth quarter, turning a tight game into a convincing 61-44 victory over an up-and-coming Knox squad Saturday inside the Small Multi-Sport Center.
