[Men's Soccer] Men's Soccer slips 1-0 to William Woods

FULTON, Mo. – In a battle between two teams vying for second place in the American Midwest Conference, the Lyon College men's soccer team fell just short on the road to William Woods, 1-0 Saturday afternoon. The Owls got a goal from Anthony Moscatello in the 72nd minute and held off a comeback from the Scots down the stretch.

Lyon is now 6-4-2 overall and 5-2-1 in the AMC, while William Woods is 10-2-3 overall and 7-0-1 in the conference. The Scots still hold onto third place in the conference, while the Owls are tied for first place with No. 17 Columbia.
