[Women's Soccer] Second-half goals help No. 12 Women's Soccer down Shawnee State 2-0

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio – A pair of late second-half goals from Emelie Liljered helped lift the No. 12-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's soccer team to a 2-0 victory over Shawnee State (Ohio) on Tuesday evening at Shawnee Turf.

Liljered linked up with teammate Hannah Schrage on each score, both coming with less than 10 minutes to play to move Lindsey Wilson to 3-3-3 overall and 1-0-0 in Mid-South Conference play. Shawnee State falls to 6-2-1 with the loss and 0-1-0 in conference play. LWC is now 10-0-0 all-time against the Bears.
