Photo Highlights from the 2024 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix

0 3

The 42nd Edition of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is now complete. We are indebted to all the photographers who contributed their images to help us show the world what an incredible event we have here in Pittsburgh. Even if you attended every event, there’s no way to see everything. Fortunately, we have a team of great photographers to capture all the action, cars, and people! We combed through thousands of images from 12 photographers and grouped them into 23 separate event folders.

Visit our PVGP Flickr page, where we’ve posted 13,000 images since 2012.  There are 295 Albums with over 3 million views!

If you have a great image you would like us to include, please email it to info@pvgp.org, and we’ll add it to the gallery.

ABOUT THE PITTSBURGH VINTAGE GRAND PRIX

Begun in 1983, the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Motorsport Festival features two weekends of racing action. The first weekend is the PVGP Historics at Pittsburgh International Race Complex. The second weekend is racing through a 2.33-mile road course set on the streets of Schenley Park.  There are car shows, parties, road rallies, and a black tie formal between the race weekends. The PVGP is a volunteer-driven organization with 1,200 individuals dedicated to staging the country’s largest vintage race event. It is also a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization with a mission to provide residential care, treatment and support for people with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities – donating $6.7 million to the Autism Pittsburgh and Merakey Allegheny Valley School.
