2019 Points Rules

Points for regular season are as posted:

1^st: 30

2^nd: 28

3^rd: 27

4^th: 26

5^th: 25

6^th: 24

7^th: 23

8^th: 22

9^th: 21

10^th: 20

11^th: 19

12^th: 18

13^th: 17

14^th: 16

15^th: 15

16^th: 14

17^th: 13

18^th: 12

19^th: 11

20^th: 10

21^st: 9

22^nd: 8

23^rd: 7

24^th: 6

 

The Carolina Speedway Track Championships WILL BE decided at the King of the Carolina’s.

The top 5 in points after the regular season will advance to the championship round. (King of the Carolina’s)

Those 5 driver’s point’s totals will be reset to 1,000.

Each of those drivers will add bonus points to their updated point’s total.

Bonus points will be added as follows:

A bonus point will be awarded for each points race win.

A bonus point will be awarded for each points race started legally.

2 bonus points will be awarded for being the regular season champion.

Tiebreakers will be used if needed (i.e. most wins, most 2nds, most 3rds, etc.)
