By Steve Wittich At just after 2 pm, INDYCAR pulled the plug on any further track activity for the day. At the same time, they announced that the 2.5-mile oval would be available for practice from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, with no scheduled break. Five cars did not do any laps today,
