West Virginia Hybrid Penalty

Talk about backward thinking, registration cost on an electrified vehicle is more than double on a hybrid and triple on an all electric vehicle. Revenue by any means necessary, common sense be damned. Wako libs are narcissus and power hungry. :nono:
I wonder how widespread this is. Our DMV are in the stone age with inefficiency. I never receive a renewal notice for my vehicles so the keystone cops can fine me for added revenue. They are also a victim of the very system they work for. So sad.
