How to attach front license plate - replaced bumper

My 2017 Jeep Renegade was involved in a collision earlier this year. The body shop replaced the front bumper & grill.
How to I attach a license plate (US) to this?
Attached is a picture of the plate area, and a close up of the hardware that is visible.
