Carter Rutenbar led Arkansas to a midweek win against UCA (March 24) and in their three-game series against Florida (March 27-29) both at Baum-Walker Stadium, slashing .455/.600/.909 with six runs, five hits, two doubles, one home run, five runs batted in, and four walks. Rutenbar hit his first home run of the season and finished with four runs batted in the Razorbacks’ 15-2 run-rule victory against the Bears and accounted for four hits against the Gators.

Parker Coil’s impressive work on the mound helped him and Arkansas earn a win against UCA and he continued his success against Florida in game 2 (March 28). Coil struck out one batter and allowed just three hits and one run over three innings of work and 39 pitches against the Bears. The Razorback left hander gave up a single hit and struck out another batter against the Gators in game 2.

INF Carter Rutenbar hit the first home run of his collegiate career in Arkansas’ 15-2 win against UCA (March 24).

The Razorbacks continued their success against in-state programs, winning their ninth game against the Bears and extending their record to 30-7 against all other programs in Arkansas since 1947.

Arkansas honored legendary former head coach Norm DeBriyn during this weekend’s series against Florida. The Razorbacks wore Nike throwback jerseys and caps in game 1 against the Gators (March 27) in recognition of his induction into the College Baseball Hall of Fame as part of the 2025 class.
