Women’s Tennis to Face Wisconsin & Kansas This Weekend

The Hogs have been on a heater to start the season at 6-0. They look to add to their win total with matches against Wisconsin and Kansas this weekend.

Wisconsin comes into Fayetteville with a 4-2 record on the year. They are coming off a 2-5 loss against Texas. The Badgers have two singles players ranked in the top 125 of the ITA Rankings, and a doubles team that is ranked No. 7 in the country.

Kansas comes into the weekend with a 3-2 record on the season. They are looking to bounce after a 2-game losing skid. They will take on the Wisconsin Badgers on Saturday before their matchup with Arkansas on Sunday. The Jayhawks have two doubles teams ranked in the top 90 of the ITA Rankings, and one athlete in singles in the top 125.

The Razorbacks are on a hot streak and hoping to get two more wins against competitive power four schools. No. 22 Carolina Gomez looks to keep her momentum after a thrilling three set win against Maralgoo Chogsomjav from Kansas State.

Concessions will be open for the match against Wisconsin on Friday, Feb. 13.
