Razorbacks to Face SMU and Little Rock in Back-to-Back Matchups

The Arkansas swim and dive team returns to the Arkansas Natatorium to face SMU and Little Rock this weekend.

The Hogs will compete against both opponents for the second straight year. The Razorbacks competed against the Mustangs twice last season, splitting the matchups 1-1. Arkansas trails the all-time series against SMU 4-8.

The Razorbacks took down the Trojans last season 176-111. Arkansas is 5-0 all-time against Little Rock and looks to remain undefeated against the in-state foe on Saturday.

“We are excited for SMU to come to Fayetteville,” head coach Neil Harper said. “We had a great meet last year in Dallas and it should be the same this year. They have some fast swimmers, so we look forward to racing them in our pool.”

Friday’s meet against SMU is set to begin at 4 p.m. On Saturday, the Razorbacks face the Trojans starting at 1 p.m. Friday is Greek Night at the pool and all fraternity and sorority members are encouraged to attend. After Saturday’s meet against Little Rock, the team will be signing autographs outside of the seating area on the third floor of the HPER.
