Indoor Playground important update: back to drop-in only starting September 1
Attention all Indoor Playground fans! We have an update about attendance beginning September 1, 2025!
Beginning Sept 1, we will be retuning Indoor Playground to it’s original attendance model of drop-in only, and removing pre-registration ability at all locations.
Prior to 2020, Indoor Playground was offered as a drop-in program only. Pre-registration was introduced during post-pandemic re-opening as we needed to control attendance very tightly with increased protocols. We’ve kept pre-registration available as we thought it was a convenience for customers, but we’ve had a lot of pain points in the process for both us and you, and in effort to alleviate the pre-registration frustration for customers, we are returning to a drop-in ONLY attendance model for Indoor Playground.
How does this benefit you?
- For our SGA Members and punch card holders, no more complex class passwords to register (and we understand the limitations of our enrollment portal was a pain point in this program – trust us, we know!)
- Flexibility for punch card holders to bring friends and use their pre-paid punches for friends
- More freedom to come when it’s best for you, even last minute, knowing attendance is first come – first served for everyone
- You can still view the schedule of events on our website any time
Important info to know before you go:
- To keep everyone safe, there is a maximum number of participants allowed in the gym at one time. Indoor Playground is filled on a first come, first served basis so please arrive early to secure your spot.
- Busiest days will be Giving Wednesdays, weekends and school closure days
- A current parent/guardian signed waiver is required for participation. It is best to have your SGA account created and waiver completed before attending.
Other Play programs such as Parents’ Night Out, Camps, etc will retain pre-registration.
