Come Meet Seattle Preschool at an Upcoming Open House!

0 31

If you are still weighing your Preschool or Pre-K options for 2021/2022, we invite you to come tour our space and meet our teachers at Seattle Preschool inside SGA Lake City at one of our upcoming open house events!

We will be hosting three open houses on July 29, August 5 and August 18 from 10:30-11:30am, pop by for an informal 15-minute time slot to meet with us! As we are limiting the number of families in the facility at one time, we ask that you please pre-register for the time you would like to come. You can register online by clicking here, or call us at 206.362.7447. We welcome legal guardians and their prospective student to join us, however, we ask that siblings stay home at this time if possible. Please note, in effort to protect our unvaccinated children at SGA, face masks are required in the facility regardless of vaccination status – thank you for your cooperation.

If you enjoy your visit and choose to enroll, we will waive your $55 registration fee as a special thank you!

If an open house doesn’t work for you, we are still offering private tours. Please call us at 206.362.7447 to make an appointment.

OUR PROGRAMS

We offer Preschool for ages 3-5 in two, three, or five-day options from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Pre-K is five-day program for ages 4-5 (students must be entering Kindergarten the following school year) from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

ABOUT SEATTLE PRESCHOOL AND PRE-K

Seattle Preschool emphasizes a comprehensive approach that supports child development from all angles; physically, socially, emotionally and academically. We believe in the importance of a program that closes the gap between home and elementary school, and supports your child for a long road of future academic success.

We have a small student to teacher ratio that allows us to easily adapt to the individual needs of each student. We have also created a multi-age classroom that allows for a broader range of learning, including leadership skills, motivation for younger children, and more opportunities for development when students have peers of varying ages and skill levels.

Play is one of the main ways that children learn and develop. At Seattle Preschool we have created a space that allows them to do just that in three very different settings: the classroom, the gym floor and the outdoor playground. We focus on process-based learning and hands-on experience by providing students with access to diverse real-life materials and ample time to explore, take risks and practice their new skills. Typical days include time for classroom exploration, circle time, a project (sensory / art / STEM / literacy / fine motor), and gymnastics!
