We wanted to give you the opportunity to reconnect during our time apart so we opened up our inboxes and in came the questions for head coach Jordyn Wieber. Here are some of Coach Wieber’s answers…
Why did you chose Arkansas and the Gymbacks?
I chose Arkansas and the Gymbacks because the community and athletic department are incredibly supportive, it’s in the SEC, and I felt it was a great program to begin my career as an NCAA head coach. Fayetteville is truly an incredible place to live and coach and I love being a Razorback!
What was your favorite moment this season with the Gymbacks?
There were so many great moments. My favorite had to be the very first meet we had in Barnhill Arena. We broke the all-time attendance record, beat the top home opener score of all time, and the stands were filled with fans. It was an incredible start to our season.
