Gleason's Maple Grove Is Hiring

Part-time Administrative/Customer Service Specialist:

2-4 evenings per week from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, and 1-2 Saturdays per month from 8:30am-2:00pm. (15-25 hours per week)

Gleason’s Gymnastic School of Maple Grove is looking to hire a part-time Administrative/Customer Service Specialist to assist in front office duties. Gleason's has been in operation for over 50 years, offering competitive wages, benefits, and room for advancement. We are seeking a strong and committed individual to join our team.The ideal candidate will be personable and professional, with the ability to provide confidential and consistent support to children, parents, caregivers, and coaches. Must be able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy gymnastics facility setting.

Duties Include: Answering phones, registering students, maintaining accurate student billing and enrollment records, running payments, timely communication with parents and staff, greeting families, , keep office and viewing areas clean and organized, assist with children who are injured or sick, pro-shop maintenance, other administrative duties as assigned.

Skills Needed: Excellent customer service, ability to multitask, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to work with others, ability to learn quickly, excellent phone and written communication skills, basic math skills, knowledge of office equipment (copier, computers, credit card machine etc.)

·        Experience with Google Docs, MS Word, and Excel is a plus.

Qualifications: High School Diploma, at least 1 year in an administrative setting, 1 year in customer service setting.
