Kason O’Riley wins high jump at Razorback Invitational
FAYETTEVILLE – A clearance of 7 feet, 1.5 inches (2.17) earned Kason O’Riley a victory in the high jump at the Razorback Invitational while Carey McLeod made his Arkansas debut with a runner-up finish in the long jump.
Needing a third attempt clearance at 6-11.5 (2.12), O’Riley mastered the winning height on his first attempt. Meanwhile, Arizona State’s Jeremy Cody needed three attempts at 7-1.5 and finished runner-up. Razorback Tomas Ferrari placed third in the event with a 6-11.5 (2.12) clearance.
