Pup who was rescued from a kill shelter 11 years ago is STILL waiting to find his forever home
Pluto, 11, was rescued from a Romanian kill shelter at four days old, and has been staying in the Nobody Dog Rescue Centre in Bucharest for the past 11 years without finding a forever home.
