Oregon couple with Down syndrome twins are spreading their message of acceptance
Rachael Prescott, 29, and her husband, Cody Prescott, 32, welcomed twins last year who both had Down syndrome. The twins were named Annette, called Nettie, and Charlotte, called Lottie.
