Skills Challenge at Alta

Need clinic hours or an exam prerequisite? Check out the Skills Challenge, to be held at Alta on January 26. National Team member Stephen Helfenbein will be the coach for the day. This is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and get some quality, personalized coaching. Here is the event description: Come challenge yourself, explore the fundamentals of skiing, and improve your performance! This event will feature 5 stations. Each station will feature a drill designed to specifically challenge one of the 5 PSIA skiing fundamentals. Two PSIA-Intermountain Examiners will score your performance at each station, give individual feedback, allow for practice and then re-score your final performance. This event is now approved to be an exam prerequisite for those of you thinking about a certification!
