It has been an interesting season to say the least, but it is not over yet. We had a great turnout for the Monarch Telemark Trees/RMT event with 23 Telemark skiers descending for a fantastic 2 days. We have a NTN (New Telemark Norm) clinic scheduled for the spring fling in Vail. This clinic is all about trying out the new Tele gear with step in bindings. Haven’t tried it yet? Get ready to have a whole new impression of Telemark. If you’re interested in this clinic gear is available for free. The supply may be limited depending on sizes and bring your own if you like. This clinic is centered on trying the new equipment and is open to both beginning and more advanced Telemark skiers alike. It’s a Tele clinic so it’ll be good regardless.

We have a “Refine your technique” clinic running at Spring Fling. This clinic should expand your horizons for intermediate Tele skiers and beyond. Look to challenge your skill set and improve your Tele skiing in a variety of terrain.

Our last festivals of the season will take place at A Basin and what a great place to Telemark! Both an Extreme/Bumps clinic and an All Mountain Performance cap off our season. Some late season powder as we have had in the past, maybe?

Not yet certified as a Tele Instructor? We will be running our Tele L1 cert at A Basin. A great chance to become a certified instructor.

These dates will see our L2, L3, RMT assessment events running. We have been holding these events only every other season, so we hope you’ll consider becoming a certified Telemark instructor. If you’re L2 in any other discipline you can move directly to L2 Telemark.

A National event (not RM) and a great opportunity to Tele with some great skiers from across the country. This event is taking place in Breckenridge this season. A great opportunity for members in the RM division to be involved.
